| Q.
How long does the multimedia presentation run? A. The presentation
auto starts and runs automatically without any user intervention needed and continues
for about 5 minutes and 40 seconds. Q.
Does the CD include a sample VisualTour? A. No, the CD is
designed to be a marketing message from you to a home owner. It shows and tells
them many of the advantages they will enjoy by working with YOU and having
the power of the VisualTour Marketing System showcasing their home's features. Q.
Can I copy my tours onto the business card CD? A. The CD
media used does not allow you to add more data, such as your own VisualTours,
or to rewrite over it. Of course you can obtain writable CDs of the same size
and shape from various sources such as www.CDRom2Go.com Q.
Do I have to buy these materials from VisualTour? A. There is absolutely
no requirement that you must purchase any additional Listing Presentation CD Packets
from us. In fact, if you want to make your own, just download
the file here at no charge. You can burn the multimedia presentation to
your own CDs. You're free to use the language on the printed pamphlet as well.
We're not trying to make money from these materials, we're just trying to provide
you with cost effective tools designed to make your use of VisualTour more effective
and more profitable for you.
Q.
Can I order a customized version of the Packet with different wording, my photo,
my logo, etc. on the pamphlet or integrated into the multimedia presentation?
A. Not at the present time. We know that some agents prefer to have all
of their marketing materials appear truly unique. While there are other companies
that can design and produce something customized to your exact needs, the design
costs alone tend to run hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Then the vendors
require you to either order a few hundred CDs and pamphlets each time or pay several
dollars per unit for a smaller order. We're confident that the vast majority of
our 100,000+ Realtor customers will be able to get great results from the cost
effective concept of this standard Packet.
